Bread and cakes are baked in-house every day. Fish comes off the reef. Meat is tenderised with papaya rather than anything from a packet.
Meals are served buffet-style with a wide choice at every sitting, plus themed nights through the week and à la carte options when you want something quieter. Vegetarian, Jain, halal and allergy-aware menus are prepared on request — tell reservations before you arrive and the kitchen will plan around it.
